Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
Shipping And Handling
Will be calculated by weight, according to the postal service selected.


Delivery Schedule
Orders received before midday will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after this time will not be dispatched until the following day.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .

Returns Policy
Under the new distance selling regulations you are entitled to cancel this contract
with NEEDABEAD within 7 working days after receipt of goods and receive a full refund.
They must be returned to us By Recorded Delivery or Signed for Mail.
This law assumes that the goods have not been opened or used and are in pristine condition.
5% restocking charge will apply for goods returned other than faulty.

Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. If
you are unable to check the contents of the package at that moment in time please sign for the
parcel as "UNCHECKED". Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter.

Before returning any goods you must first email us at sales@needabead.co.uk for a returns number if you send any goods without a number you will not receive a refund.
